I source wool, prepare it, often dye it and then spin it into yarn of various thicknesses and textures. I don’t differentiate between art yarn and non art yarn. To me, all yarn made by hand is art yarn.

It is my hope and dream that you are inspired to not only use the yarn, but to try hand spinning for yourself. The ability to make yarn is truly a magical skill.

Kits

I want to teach you how to use hand spun yarn. It can be intimidating to receive a one of a kind hank of yarn; with something so special we don’t want to “ruin” it so it sits in our stash, pulled out and admired from time to time then put away again. I make yarn so that you can use the yarn, love the yarn and love making beautiful things.

For this reason, one of my main focuses is to provide kits for simple, small projects that will allow you to break the ice and have success. I will work to have kits for all methods - knit, crochet, stitching, weaving and anything else that crosses my path.

Fiber

I love to card fiber into batts and rolags. Whether you are a spinner, felter, or fiber crafter of any discipline, my wool batts will be a unique and beautiful addition to your material collection.

As with all my products, I want everyone to be able to try their hand at working with fiber; therefore, I will have sample bags, carding kits, and fiber in two and four ounce quantities so you can mix and match.
